Trek Inspection Services was formed in 2003 to meet the ever increasing demand of residential and commercial inspection needs in the South Puget Sound area, and beyond.  Trek Inspection Services is owned and operated by Bob Pilch, who is the inspector for the company.  Every client will receive the same great care and approach to their inspection needs.  Bob is licensed as a Home Inspector (DOL #427) and a licensed drone pilot.  All of the inspection reports documents, are in narrative format, and note the condition of the building(s) at the time of inspection, in great detail with full photo documentation and audio notes (MP3 format) taken during the time of the inspection.  Most reports also include a link to the roof video inspection.  The reports are very professional and customized for each inspection (See Sample Reports Here).  Trek Inspection Services has been rated the number one home inspection firm in the greater Seattle area since 2006, by the customers of HomeAdvisor.com.  Every inspection is a pursuit of the true condition of each home or building.
